Harmony Centre for Community Living (HCCL) is a Non-Profit, Charitable Organization that has been an active part of the Red Lake and Ear Falls District since 1975.
We provide community orientated programs for persons with an intellectual disability that include enriched work experiences, life skills development, and supported employment and supported living opportunities.
